Recently, members of the Crescent River Port Pilots’ Foundation attended a gala for the New Heights Therapeutic Riding Center.  The Center is a premier therapeutic equestrian center dedicated to positively impacting lives through the healing power of the horse.  They help people who have physical, cognitive, and emotional difficulties reach their full potential. New Heights is a therapeutic equestrian center serving children, veterans and those with needs to develop skills and improve gross motor, cognitive skills, and mental and emotional health.
